Award-winning LMS developer eLeaP has launched a new employee management platform for employers that incorporates both AI and automated capabilities.

The People Success Platform (PSP) includes a suite of modules that have been designed for accessibility, integrating with communication channels existing HRIS, Slack, Google, and Teams.

Using the platform, employers will be able to define goals and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) as well as organize work effectively with a task-management system.

Regarding feedback and data collection, the PSP contains customizable AI-powered survey templates and reporting tools for performance improvement, and a data tool called PulsePoint Personal Check-Up System, which offers immediate insights into employee performance and engagement that employers can track and monitor.

“Our platform is a game-changer, bringing the future of workplace learning and employee engagement to the present.”

The company has been in operation since 2005 and has won a string of awards for its work in LMS and other learning programmes, including the Capterra Award, eLearning Industry’s Top 10 LMS Designs Award, and Featured Customer’s Top Performer for Corporate LMS Award.

Earlier this year, eLeaP introduced new Skills and Competency Management features to its LMS platform. These features, as well as the PSP, build on the company’s goal of creating more engaging and personal management tools for organizations and businesses.
