Frontline Education Acquires SuccessEd in Bid to Fuse Administrative Software Offerings

School administration software provider Frontline Education announced they had acquired Texas-based software company SuccessEd in a bid to expand their reach further innovate special educational services for the K-12 community. Details of the deal were not disclosed.
Mark Gruzin, CEO of Frontline remarked, “This new partnership between Frontline Education and SuccessEd brings a best-in-class relationship management and customer care model together with continuous technical innovation in product functionality.” The combined portfolio of both organizations will increase product value as well as provide a more robust service selection for their respective clientele.
SuccessEd Currently Services over 380 Districts both in Texas and Across the Country
Founded in 1995, SuccessEd was created as a specialized data management tool for teachers, by teachers. With the expertise of former educators, the company focuses acutely on providing current educators with the software needed to track the compliance and services offered to students in special education Section 504, Rtl and EL.
The partnership with Frontline gives SuccessEd access to a wider group of users, affording them the opportunity to work with partners far beyond their domain of Texas. Additionally, they will also be exposed to an array of connected and established solutions. Solutions which foreground both companies’ commitment to the K-12 community as well as their goal in changing the way school systems operate on a national scale.
